Swindon-based contact centre CARPEO was amongst the winners at the South West Contact Centre Forum Annual Awards event held at the Bristol Marriott on the evening of Thursday 14th July. Carpeo came first in the category “Best Large Contact Centre” in the Outsourced Contact Centre of the Year category, having faced some stiff competition from a host of worthy entrants.
Carpeo has enjoyed success at previous SWCCF events but the Directors were especially thrilled to win this particular category as it reflects their growth in terms of clients and reputation over the past 12 months.
