Peter is co-founder of Carpeo. He finished his career in big businesses, as COO customer operations at Virgin Media, being responsible for 15,000 people and 6.5 million customers, Having senior Exec roles from Comcast through to NTL Virgin Media ,he pioneered the cable triple play strategy and led the adoption of broadband within the consumer market. As an investor, he has extensive experience of the payments market place.
David is one of the leading experts in customer experience, having published many articles. He built the world’s largest customer management benchmarking database, which was sold to the WPP Group. David has consulted with over 50 organisations on customer transformations. His work has led him to work across the world in many industries including utilities, financial services, automotive, retail, distribution, public services.
Mike joined the organisation in September 2016 from motor services giant, RAC, where he was Sales & Services Director. Prior to that he spent 7 years working at Professional Services and Business Processing group Capita, culminating in his role as COO of it’s Insurance arm. Mike is also a current board member of the Wales Contact Centre Forum.
Stuart believes in achieving results through people and offers a wealth of operational experience. He led sales and service operations at the RAC. The changes he made significantly improved sales and retention. He had similar results as Head of Customer Service at British Gas Business. He also chairs the South West Contact Centre Forum.
Jerome lives in Bermuda, is a lawyer by training and had his title bestowed by the Queen for his years of service as Deputy Premier of Bermuda. He was integral to the growth of a significant Re-insurance business Validus, which was listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Since he retired from there in 2013, he now consults and invests in interesting high growth businesses, such as Carpeo.
