A Swindon based customer care business is celebrating an award win for its dedication to customers and staff.
Carpeo won the Customer and Staff Care award at a glittering ceremony to celebrate the Wiltshire Business Awards. It was praised for its staff motivation, customer management and development and training initiatives.
The thriving company, which was a runner up for the same award in 2013, fought off competition from OPED, Richard James estate agents and Atwell Martin estate agents.
Nathan Kew, campaign delivery manager at Carpeo said: “We are extremely proud to have won this award. It is a great honour to be identified as a business who values its best assets, which is its staff.
“We work in partnership with our clients to give them a better understanding of their business and to create an exceptional customer experience.”
Carpeo was also runner-up for the Apprenticeship Employer of the Year and Innovation and Growth awards.
The visionary company currently runs a diploma programme which all employees can access. It has nine apprentices with plans to employ ten more and also has aspirations to become a centre of excellence.
Stella Weeks, managing director of Mainland Employment Ltd, judged the award and commented: “There is a wonderful atmosphere of enthusiasm, attention to detail and fun in the work place. The staff feel their efforts are rewarded. With many promotion prospects, incentives, training, back up and support, they have a team of experienced staff who also welcome and help newcomers.”
Since being set up four years ago the flourishing company has really put its stamp on the customer service sector. It currently employs 153 people and is planning on growth of at least 10% in the near future by taking on customer service and sales staff.
